Hours 8am to 5pm $95.00 per hour

Between 5pm and 8am Weekdays $142.50 per hour

Saturday $142.50 per hour

Sunday $190.00 per hour

Priority 1:  95% or more of system down - response time 1 hour

Priority 2:  1 or 2 phones broken, dead line - response time within 24 hours

Priority 3:  Moves, Adds and Changes:  any type of office move, changes or add-ons to existing phone system - response time within 7 days *under normal circumstances this will be taken care of within 2 days
